Rory Sheppard brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, including work with well-known Texas businesses such as Builder’s Square, SBC/AT&T, H-E-B, and Whataburger.
Originally from Spearman, Texas, Rory returned to the Panhandle with a desire to put that experience to work for business owners and organizational leaders across West Texas.
His background in complex organizations, operations, leadership, and business growth shapes a straightforward coaching philosophy: understand the challenge, simplify where possible, and focus on execution.
Today, his work includes privately held and family-owned businesses, executives, leadership teams, and nonprofit organizations seeking stronger performance and long-term organizational health.
